Private Party to celebrate the closing of the America's Cup Exhibition

The Classic Boat Museum provided the perfect venue for a private party given by Chris and Victoria Preston to celebrate the closing of the exhibition Heritage Highlights of the America’s Cup (pre-foiling).

Guests had the chance to spend time looking around the museum and had the opportunity to network with other attendees.

It also featured an exciting sailing competition on the Dinghy Simulator which was won by Richard Palmer (Adult Class) and Gretel Haines (Youth Class) with Gretel emerging as the overall winner.

Victoria thanked Harold Cudmore for lending artefacts, books and his replica of the America’s Cup trophy. A new exhibition of the America’s Cup is in preparation and will include foiling craft, both catamarans and monohulls.
