For all volunteers the Museum offers a fun, exciting and growing opportunity for those interested in helping to preserve and continue the Isle of Wight and Solent maritime story.  With exciting new developments, there is much work to be done.  We have two sites and both need more volunteers to welcome visitors on the front desk. If you would like to be a museum guide, we’ll train you and support you with material. If you enjoy restoring boats, there is plenty to do. We also need more young people to help us with social media, writing blogs and a variety of techie jobs in the gallery. If you are a keen dinghy sailor, come and coach our visitors on the Dinghy Simulator.
