A whole lot of rope for Vigia

The replica of Vigia, the 1872 Catboat, originally built by C.Corke in Birmingham Road, Cowes that the Museum is building is progressing well. Last week we were very pleased to receive a generous donation of a significant amount of rope by Mr and Mrs Ron Hanson. This means that we have all the running rigging for Vigia. One of the drums alone contains 165mtrs of rope! Thank you for the kind donation.
